Where can you purchase Schuberth C3 helmets in Western Washington? I have a hard time buying a helmet that fits properly and everytime I buy one over the internet it does not fit. So I need to try it on before buying it. If I go the Schuberth's website they don't have a dealers tab. South Sound BMW in Fife, WA does not carry them.

Unfortunately (and uncharacteristically), Maura is right.
![]() However, here are two places I've found that sell them over the internet: http://www.twenga.co.uk/brand/15824-Schuberth.html or http://www.sounddistribution.co.uk/ (but it looks like these guys don't export. Too bad as they had a special deal). Yeah, I know you don't like to order over the internet but hey, what 'cha gonna do?

I've got my chakras aligned this morning, Joe, no enraged response forthcoming
![]() When I got my C2, I found someone that had one, tried his on , and then ordered one size smaller, and it worked out. Many people find the Schuberth helmets 'claustrophobic' . I do not, but YMMV. Given their unavailability in North America, if you bought one from the UK and then it did not fit, I am sure you could easily sell it for very close to what you paid. 405 Euros? Hot dog!!!! I want one! |

I ordered my C2 from here and saved about 100 to 150 over local prices. The advantage was availability. I would have waited 2 months at the dealer and spent more. Seems at Shuberth prices that not many people buy them. I love them cause I can get 1 to fit. |

I ordered 6 C2 shields from them for various people and never got them. They had sent them Deutsche Post which is the German PO and the tracking was dropped as soon as they reached the U.S. No one could find them. We got it all sorted out, eventually and my credit card company refunded the money but it took many, many phone calls and I never got the shields. As ever YMMV, just one data point. Andy PS I see on the web site they are using UPS now, probably a good thing but it's no cheaper than ordering it from the UK and being British, I'm not going to order anything from people who dropped bombs on my Granny <joke!!!!> Last edited by Andy Kirby; November 3rd, 2008 at 09:04 AM. |

I got my helmet via UPS and because over seas Air is a premium service i got the brokerage free. The C3 price is under 500 Euros. I first owned a Nolan and found it noisy and too tight across the forehead. My Concept was quiet and fit perfect. the C3 is the quietest helmet I have ever worn so I am surprised to hear other call it loud. I tried shoei and couldn't get a good fit and I found that helmet very loud. My wife has an HJC that is loud. Her mic is always going live in the wind so I can hear her road and wind noise on the intercom. The Shuberth accomodate Autocom headsets almost without any modification to the foam. |
