I am happy to announce that Seņorita ST is back, bad gas was indeed the culprit, they emptied the main gas tank and filled up again, the old gas barely smelled like fuel, I would say it was 30% water, damn Pemex.

Checked the air filter and spark plugs, they were spot on,so technically a cheap fix.

Thanks all for your comments! !
Do anybody on use Rum in is ST
Happy for You Luiggi that it was only bad gas because the five T vacuum conector under the throttle body is a real pain in the a.. to diagnostic and to get to.

Same here Ligito . . .but not sure I will ever need to replace it since I relocated the 5-way position so it is not the lowest point anymore under the throttle body

I bought my extra 5-way when I balanced the throttle bodies with my Morgan Carbtune.

I remember reading about extending the hoses, so you don't have to remove everything again, to perform the balancing.

Having a similar issue with my 2003 at about 20 minutes into warm up. It sputters around 2.5 to 3K rpm. Then at. About 45 minutes into riding it all clears up. Will try the add to gas top end cleaning method. I thought I had an air leak with myAutovox cruise control, but it checked out ok. Using stock air cleaner.
