Default ST1300P Left side lid - Black

Hi All.

I'm new to this particular forum but hopefully you may be able to point me in the right direction.

I currently own 2, 2009 ST1300P bikes, both of which are set up for funeral escort work. The first bike has almost 103K and the second, which I purchased crashed in SD, has just over 17K. The latter has been a year long process to repair, bring up to work standard, etc, but has been a lot of fun and learning over the 12 months.

I was recently rear ended and the left side saddle-bag lid was badly damaged. I would prefer black, but his is not a deal breaker.

Thanks and Regards.
Barry

I had a bag come loose on the freeway (forgot to relock it) and lost the entire thing. I searched everywhere trying to find another one. I eventually went on Ebay and found it from a seller by the name of Matuzu. It was a bit pricey, but well worth the money after receiving it. Going through the Honda dealership would've amounted to even more money and I still would've have to put it together.

The only difference between my two bags is one has Honda and the other does not. But its not noticeable and the stock color is accurate.

Good Luck

Is it too damaged to repair?
Might be a cheaper way to go.

That's what I ended up doing. But, there were only scratches on it... deep ones but, an Autobody repair outfit was able to sand it down and repaint it good as new.

I did look at Matuzu, and even called their local office asking if they would be prepared to sell just the lid. They did check but would only sell the complete unit. Their price is better than the dealerships but still higher than I want to pay at this point. The second bike is almost finished so in the interim I can always swap from one bike to another. Thanks for the reponse.
