The top case was never available foe sale in the U.S. for any year model of the ST1300.
A few enterprising dealers imported them.

You might try Davis Silver Spares.
A reliable British, I believe, dealer that does have U.S./Canada outlets.
Excellent service and pleasant to work with.

David Silver Spares is based just a few miles from me and I have been to his premises a couple of times to collect spares and service items. He is a long established supplier and has a good name amongst UK Honda motorcycle owners. He has a UK and a US site:

http://www.davidsilverspares.com/
and
http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/

I have looked through both sites and cannot find the topbox listed so far but there is a US telephone number on the US site for you to enquire.

Well Done.

A Tip for the plastic caps that cover the bolts.
A small dab Silicone Sealer on the sides of each cap, don't get carried away it does not take much, will keep them in place.
They have been known to come out, come off, go away.
I do know that Davis Silver Spares carries them.
Search this site for part numbers.
You can also search this site for the key blank numbers for a spare key to the trunk, and ignition, if you want a spare key.

This thread will have both keys and caps numbers.
Scroll through.

If bad turns to worse and you want the Honda case David Silver Spares shows them.
You will need to know the color code for Gloss Black, it should be on a decal on the frame under the seat.
If the Pan European, that's what they call the ST on the continent, came in Gloss Black you will need to know what year.

Depending on color the cast runs between $475.00 & $550.00 and I'm sure that would be in Pounds Sterling or Euros, maybe not Euros anymore.
Freight, customs, VAT, could/will make it go up.

You are aware it is a GIVI case made for Honda sold in Europe only?
The emblem of the lid will say Pan European.
The GIVI by GIVI case is not as pretty but is a nice, water tight case.
http://www.giviusa.com/givi-products.../monokey-cases
Add $92.00 for the mount kit to the case price.
