Well two months later my beloved St is back in my garage. NOT HAPPY with the repair of the engine cradle. [no longer has the same texture the left side has. And the repaired side has a glossy textured painted appearance compared to the left which I think maybe factory powder coated]. They never changed the damaged R side cover. Noticed it after I got home. Called them with the part # and they replaced it. Don't get me wrong at first glance if you didn't have the history you would think it was factory tell you looked up close comparing both sides.
On a good note they did diagnosis the drivability problem and the bike runs great. You would think after all the BS they would have thrown in the new Air cleaner for my pain and suffering lol.
I guess this is what repair within reason means. Have a great day everyone.

I'm not surprised. A friend of mine had two seats done by him after he seen the work Rick had done to mine. The first seat took months to get back. He gave him another chance with his second seat It took even longer and customer service was horrible.
