Thanks, Maura

I've seen cars and bikes use a combination of clear lens and clear bulbs.
These geniuses may, or may not realize that they are for all intents and purposes, invisible during daylight.

Adding the colored LED's increases safety, through visibility.

Hey guys,

I have just noticed this post, I have fitted the smoked indicators to the front of my st1300 about a year ago - I also changed my bulbs to orange ones and they work really well and are good and visible.

In fact I have just changed my 2003 st1300 to a 2011 st1300 and have changed them over. The only problem I encountered was that the holes for the indicators were not trimmed properly but a little dremel sorted that out.

Regards, Mark

I run the firefly bulbs and clear lenses on my 06 ST1300.
I can assure you the bulbs are BRIGHT in both white running lights and amber turn signals.
Be aware of the clear lenses from EBay. The bulb socket holders require some file work
to get a good fit.
I am very please with the clear lenses and firefly bulbs.
