I don't think ABS or lack thereof has any effect on my riding/driving style. I generally forget all about it. I can count on one hand how many times ABS has saved my bacon on a bike, but I can't think of an instance where it saved me in a car - cars don't generally fall down. I suspect the statistics that insurance companies rely on are mostly from cars where the benefit is, at least in my mind, not as clear.

Yes you can steer when ABS has activated, that's the whole point

My question was:

Can you swerve suddenly and overbrake with ABS and not put the bike on the ground?

Something I did twice! Without ABS.
