You ain't gonna wear that bike out. I have yet to see one wore out yet. And there are some out there with over double your mileage.

Since this thread is now over 4 years old, I am certain that decision has long since been made.

I had a '91 Caravan with 105,000mi. on it. We were planning a trip to Seattle (for God's sake I don't know why) when a friend told me about his Aerostar, with 115,000mi. dying in Valley the previous summer.
That story grated on me as the trip got closer so we sold it and bought a used '96 with 31,000mi. We take off on the trip and as we visited our parents in northern MN something in the engine broke and ended our trip.
I talked to the guy that bought our van and he said even a year later it was one of the best vehicles he'd had. So you never know what you might get but if a new one would make you feel better, go for it.

Yup, still have it and we're currently on 147,000. I went with 'better the devil you know'.

2 IBR's and any number of trips and rallies I think it's earned it's place in the garage. Never let me down, gas tyres, oil and a fuel pump is pretty much it.

Regards

Andy

Awesome!

Never sell it.

When you buy another one someday you can use the "known to be good" electronic parts on it to troubleshoot the new one.

If it has problems...
