I'm not clear on this. Are you looking for the body coloured plastic access cover secured with a tab and a single push pin, or the grey rubber wind deflector which is glued to it as an optional extra, or is it both?

For the Deflector parts you need to look at the P Model (Police) parts list.
I'm not sure the Knee Pad parts come on the Police models but the Deflector pieces do except for the Mirror Set.

Thanks, but that is the part you see (64323-MCS-G00ZH). I need the larger cushion piece that is missing from the picture above.

Yes, the grey rubber wind deflector. I just bought the bike, did not know that was an added on accessory.

Inspection Cover Deflector Pad - Right Side
08P73-MCS-8000-13
Knee Pad - Larger Piece - Right Side
08P59-MCS-8000-01
Knee Pad - Smaller Piece - Right Side
08P59-MCS-8000-01

For Left Side Pieces
Inspection Cover Deflector Pad - Left Side
08P73-MCS-8000-14
Knee Pad -Larger Piece - Left Side
08P73-MCS-8000-02
Knee Pad - Smaller Piece - Left Side
08P59-MCS-8000-02 - Left Side

Search by Part Number not Description.
I'm not sure these are available in the U.S. as individual pieces.

If these pieces are not available in the U.S. have one of our British Brothers check with David Silver Spares or the parts supplier of their choice for availability individually.

The above numbers are directly off the pieces themselves.
If these numbers will deliver the parts in the U.S. we may want them listed on this site in a location that is Search Friendly for future reference.

The deflector kit in the UK is available to all, nothing to do with police models.
David Silver Spares are at:

www.davidsilverspares.co.uk

They ship to the USA. They are a good company, about 60 miles from me and I have used them a lot.

Can you guys get the individual pieces?

We can get the kit here (U.S.) but the individual pieces can be difficult to unobtainable here.
Police models come with the Deflector Kit, but not the knee pad set, as standard equipment. They do not have the Mirror set as it interferes with a light bracket that Honda sells.
Some U.S. dealers are under the mistaken belief that the Police model parts can not be sold to non Police personal/Contractors.
Honda has no such restriction as far as parts.
We are starting to see some of the "used" Police models out and about.

David Silver Spares is a long time supporter/supplier of parts for those in the Classic Wing Club.
Reliable and very friendly to deal with I have used his services for years.
My ST trunk, bought from a dealer in Denver, originated from Davis Silver Spares. I have bought the replacement caps for the mount bracket from him since.

I ordered 08P73-MCS-80013 from Ron Ayers.

Thanks anyway to our Brit friends. My two sons were born in Bedford hospital. Chicksands, if you remember... :-)
