I've never heard of them, but that doesn't mean anything.

My rule of thumb: If they take PayPal, then they've been checked out by the PayPal folks, so you should at least get the product you pay for.

Until that' proven wrong, it's what I go with. Every site I've ever used PayPal at has been a successful purchase, regardless of whether I knew about them or not. If I'm concerned about it, I'll use a Visa so I can claim back if it never shows up.

The price looks good to me, though.

You can also load the OS you downloaded from me now, before you buy the key. That gives you two indicators: 1) WIn10 does support all your hardware, and 2) You can find out immediately whether or not the key works.

I also read these:

Windows 10 OEM is a full version of the operating system not an upgrade. The OEM operating system is not supported by Microsoft. To acquire Windows software with support provided by Microsoft. Please see our full package "Retail" product.

Microsoft recommends all files and programs be backed-up prior to installation.

Windows 10 OEM is intended for pre-installation on a new PC and cannot be transferred to another computer once installed.

Is this a good choice, since it says no support from Microsoft?

They mean no phone support. You still get everything that comes with Win10, updates and all that. I've never needed to "call Microsoft" for anything.

If I could save a bunch of money doing it that way, I would...A buddy of mine did it that way, and it worked just fine for him. He had my Win10 DVD, but he only had XP, so it wasn't upgrade-able. he bought an OEM key, put the disc in, and away he went. However, XP didn't have an upgrade path, so the software wouldn't upgrade it - he had to wipe and install. His key was $19.99 - but I don't remember where he got it from. It came in an e-mail.

Did you burn that DVD out? You should be able to pop it in, and install right there, and it'll in-place upgrade your OS. The OEM key should work just fine. Worst thing that can happen with the OEM key is you'd have to wipe and re-install. Save your data first, either way.

I just got the Dual Layer DVD's, yesterday and burned it.
When I was done, the disc went back in the drive and said it
wanted to burn desktop.ini.
I ignored it. The DVD's are +R.

I will order the key.

Okay, I just bought the key and downloaded the ISO.
It's a smaller file than yours.
Should I use it, or yours?

Don't think it matters. Whichever one works. Depending on which version you downloaded, the sizes range from 2.5G to 5.8G. Make sure you use the key on the version you want to end up with. You won't be able to change it later.

FYI: As far as I can tell, the key *should* work on all versions, until it's used. Once used, you'll tie it to the version you register.

Is there any problem with that desktop.ini file not being burned?

Shouldn't be, no. That's most likely from a list of files you previously burned.

The ISOs are full DVD images. They should burn directly as an image, not as a file. If you burn it, and then open the DVD (in explorer), you should see some folders and files. If you only see the ISO file on the DVD, then it didn't burn correctly.
