From what I hear, Seth Laam is swamped right now. He is essentially a one man show and has more business than he can handle right now. He has never been great with the E-mail thing but he is usually very good about answering the phone or returning phone calls.

While I usually agree with Paul, and I acknowledge the greatness of the Russell Day Long, the Laam Custom Seat has established itself as one of the best in the business. It may be worth waiting for.

Yes I really want a seat made by him. The trips I go on rarely exceed 350 miles per day. I am sure he is swamped. I think I will wait for him to make it, and I might bail out on this next planned trip. I don't want to be miserable on a trip again. I just wish I had had a opportunity to take the bike on a lengthy trip sooner to discover that the original seat sucked.

I am hoping to hear back today- I don't want to pester him.
