I've been using the Goldwing pegs for several years. They are just enough lower and wider to be a bit more comfortable. I also have the MotorCycle Larry highway wings. They're good for when you need to straighten out your knees for a bit. I don't use them often, but I've found that just a few minutes on the MCL wings keeps my old knees feeling better for quite a long while.

Can you please provide a link to buy these wings/pegs by Rackman or MCL?
I read some older post but the links did not work.
I tried a search and still have been unsuccessful although I may simply not know what I am doing?!

I doubt that the Rackman wings are available any more unless one can find a used set somewhere but, try emailing this alias - therackman@hotmail.com. That was Mike Roberts' email alias. He would be the guy to ask or perhaps Keith Rosendahl. Not sure what Keith's email aliases is, though.

Here is a link to the history of Mike and Keith's Wing design: http://www.st1300.us.com/showthread.php?t=600

Personally, I do not buy from MCL because of his business practices of copying other people's designs and then under-cutting their prices but, doing a Google search found these URL: http://www.motorcyclelarry.com/index...amo6kfra34b613

He did this with Mike and Keith's "Rackman Hwy Wings".

Some of the other unauthorized knock-offs of other people's designs include: handlebar risers, Superbrace, Light brackets, etc.).

Regards,

Is Motorcycle Larry alive?
I seem to recall a fatal bicycle accident.

Looks like his "wings" are no longer available, parts only and not enough parts to build a set.

No, I do not think so. I think he passed away but, I think his family is still carrying on the business.

The bicycle accident didn't kill him but he sustained some brain damage and had some severe motor skills deficits afterward. He started riding motorbikes again and if I recall correctly, he has zero speed tip over and sustained fatal injuries in that.

Hello,
No but I have had these for 5 or 6 years. Don't use them a lot but they do the job for a little leg stretching now and then.
