Good thing they put directional arrows on the seat so ya don't put them on backwards !

They do look good.... Front / rider seat looks supportive.

The seat is built on the OEM pans. My wife has made it clear that she does not ever want to ride on a motorcycle so I did not have the rear modified. Seth just recovered it to match the front and it looks like he put a little styling kick on the rear.

I want to say that the pictures do not do this seat justice. The "topstitch" thread is blue for a very nice, subtle accent. The cover is called (I think) Carbon FX and looks very similar to what is on the Sargent. Seth told me that the basket weave material is very very slick, he recommended this instead. This seat is truly a beautiful example of artistry and craftsmanship.

Thanks. Unfortunately, it looks as though I will be spending most of my day on the seat of my tractor.

I have ridden all the way to work and back. 18 wonderful miles. It was nice though...

I, too, am awaiting the "final word" on this seat. Even just looking at it, I think I want one. I've talked to Seth myself, and he's done a lot of this type of work. After looking at the pictures, I can believe his statements. This looks like a very nice seat.

Red, I'm absolutely positive I'm not the only one, and I'm also sorry you're going through the nightmare you are with the plant fire, but we're eagerly awaiting a report. I hope your vacation still goes off well (Dad and the others still ready??). Try and put recent events out of your mind - they'll be waiting for you to return, don't worry about that.

Although this may sound a tad coarse, I really hope you're still employed. As bad as this fire was, being put out of work is just throwing salt on the wound, as it were.

My sincere best for all those recovering, and if you need anything, you have my numbers. Be sure and give Big'un my best. Sending my best wishes to all involved.

I am sorry to say that I had to work today and could not take the bike. They are assuring us that we are all still employed. As to whether this will affect my Colorado/New Mexico motorcycle trip, I just don't know. The thought of my vacation was not even on my mind today. My friend died in the Burn Unit of Baton Rouge General Hospital today.

I promise to try to put some miles on the seat and give an honest report.
