Shouldn't number 1 read 1. Torque the left axle pinch bolt to 16 ft.lbs.?

Muffler 8mm bolts 20 ft.lbs
Muffler 6mm bolts 9 ft.lbs
Muffler band bolts (2 per side) 16 ft.lbs Anti-seize these.

The front axle should slide through both forks easily without the wheel on, this proves the forks are both mounted at the same height.
